Please be advised that paving work is scheduled at both the Community Center parking lot and several residential streets within the Bear Creek community. The work will take place on different dates and will involve temporary closures and access restrictions. Please review the schedule below and the attachments for details. Parking Lot Paving - Community Center & Courts • Tuesday, Sept. 1 & Wednesday, Sept. 2: Concrete. Community Center & courts OPEN. • Tuesday, Sept. 15: Asphalt grind & prep. Community Center & courts CLOSED. • Wednesday, Sept. 16: Asphalt dig-outs. Community Center & courts CLOSED. • Thursday, Sept. 17: Asphalt overlay. Community Center & courts CLOSED. • Friday, Sept. 18: Striping. Community Center & courts CLOSED until 10:00 AM. Onsite Office: The Master Association office will remain open during this period. However, we strongly encourage homeowners to avoid in-person visits, as the parking lot will be closed and construction activities will be ongoing. We remain fully available to assist you by phone and email. Residential street paving will also take place on the same dates listed above. The affected streets are Bear Canyon Dr., Hidden Creek Ct., and Rolling Glenn Ct. Please refer to the attached letters and diagram for specific access restrictions, preparation requirements, and safety guidelines. Resident Transportation Assistance: JB Bostick will provide a golf cart to assist residents between their homes and vehicles during the work.
