Introducing our new General Manager

We are excited to announce the arrival of our new onsite General Manager, Sarah Freihoff, who joins us with an impressive background in community management.

With eight years of experience in the field and four years specifically as a General Manager, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community.

Sarah’s key skills include:

    Team and Collaboration,  Problem Solving, Time Management,  Attention to Detail,
    Champion of Change and  Customer Service Focused
 
We believe Sarah's strengths in these areas will greatly benefit to Bear Creek, ensuring a smooth and effective management experience for all residents.
 
We also want to inform you that our former onsite manager, Nicole, has decided to leave the industry. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors and thank her for her service to our community.
 
Sarah is looking forward to getting to know each of you and is eager to hear your thoughts and concerns. She invites you to drop by the onsite office to introduce yourselves and share any feedback you may have. Your input is valuable as we strive to continue improving our community.
