Noting concerns regarding our Access Control issues and the long wait lines at the Main Gate, the Board of Directors is moving our visitor management system from Nordic Igate to Gate Key. Our patrol officers will be able to process guests much faster using the new system.
To ensure the highest level of access control and efficiency, we have decided not to transfer old guest information into the new system. This decision was made to prevent any outdated or unauthorized access by guests who may no longer be permitted. Therefore, we kindly request all residents to proactively enter their guest details into the new system before the transition date of February 1st. This is an essential step to maintain a secure and well-managed community. Letters have been mailed to each resident with their respective login information. If you have not received your letter please email: [email protected] of call (951) 677-1434. In addition to the letter, please take five minutes to review this video tutorial before attempting to log onto the system and enter your information: https://www.gatekey.com/account-setup.html Each resident and/or property owner will have a separate account in order allow each person to enter their guests. If you wish to have a resident added or deleted, please contact the onsite office at (951) 677-1434 (please note there is an error in the letter mailed, it incorrectly noted the wrong phone number) or by email to: [email protected] For those who need additional assistance with setting up their accounts or installing the mobile application, we are pleased to offer a support session. Please join us at the special meeting at the golf course clubhouse on January 27th at 4:00 PM, where our team will be available to guide you through the process.
