The work will take place on different dates and will involve temporary closures and access restrictions. Please review the schedule below and the attachments for details.

Parking Lot Paving - Community Center & Courts
• Tuesday, Sept. 1 & Wednesday, Sept. 2: Concrete. Community Center & courts OPEN.
• Tuesday, Sept. 15: Asphalt grind & prep. Community Center & courts CLOSED.
• Wednesday, Sept. 16: Asphalt dig-outs. Community Center & courts CLOSED.
• Thursday, Sept. 17: Asphalt overlay. Community Center & courts CLOSED.
• Friday, Sept. 18: Striping. Community Center & courts CLOSED until 10:00 AM.

Onsite Office: The Master Association office will remain open during this period. However, we strongly encourage homeowners to avoid in-person visits, as the parking lot will be closed and construction activities will be ongoing. We remain fully available to assist you by phone and email.

Residential street paving will also take place on the same dates listed above. The affected streets are Bear Canyon Dr., Hidden Creek Ct., and Rolling Glenn Ct. Please refer to the attached letters and diagram for specific access restrictions, preparation requirements, and safety guidelines. 
Resident Transportation Assistance: JB Bostick will provide a golf cart to assist residents between their homes and vehicles during the work.

]]><![CDATA[Mark Your Calendar: Bear Creek’s Halloween Spooktacular Carnival is Coming!]]>Wed, 26 Aug 2026 21:10:10 GMThttps://www.bearcreekmaster.com/news/mark-your-calendar-bear-creeks-halloween-spooktacular-carnival-is-comingThe Bear Creek Social Committee invites our community members to enjoy a fun-filled Halloween Carnival with free food, children’s games and activities, and raffle prizes on October 24, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Bear’s Den and Bear’s Patio.
 
HALLOWEEN PARADE, TRUNK OR TREATING 
Come dressed in your spooktacular best! There will be a Kids Halloween Parade to kick off the event at 6 p.m. and a Halloween costume contest for adults and children.

Kids will enjoy Trunk or Treating with candy provided by the Social Committee. Be sure to bring your own bag to collect treats. 

TEAM UP FOR A FRIGHTFULLY FUN FOOD CONTEST – NEW!
The Social Committee invites residents to form a team and register to compete in the Fall harvest food contest. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the best dishes in the following categories: 
 
1. Ghoulishly good chili 
2. Gnarly nachos and nacho bar
3. Corny corn bread and devilishly tasty pies (sweet and savory)
4. Witchy apple cider and Zombie lemonade (all non-alcoholic, please) 
 
Click on the QR barcode on the flyer to register. The deadline for team sign-ups is October 10. 
 
FIENDISHLY FUN TIMES FOR ALL
Newly appointed Social Committee chair, Nisha Pathak, and her committee have planned a fabulous Halloween event with something for everyone. Those who participate in the costume contest (children and adults) or in the food contest will receive a raffle ticket,  and by 8 p.m. raffle winners will be announced for best food and best costumes. 

LEND A HAND
Every successful event depends on a multitude of helping hands. Volunteers are needed to help with set up, running activities, and clean up. If you would like to help, please contact Social Committee members Nisha Pathak (972-533-2281) or Tapsi Bhatt (508-208-5875) for more information, to sign up to take part in the food contest, or to volunteer.

attend a special evening dedicated to community preparedness and neighborhood
resilience.

Over the past year, the EPC has been actively working to enhance Bear Creek's
readiness for emergencies through wildfire preparedness initiatives, resident education,
emergency communications planning, collaboration with local fire officials, and the
development of a community-wide Block Captain program. Join us to learn more about
these efforts and how they contribute to the safety and well-being of our residents.

The second half of the evening will focus on Block Captain Training. Whether you are
a current Block Captain, interested in becoming one, or simply want to learn how the
program supports our community during emergencies, this session will provide valuable
information and practical guidance.

Topics will include:
  • Introduction to the Emergency Preparedness Committee and its mission
  • FIREWISE USA Community wildfire preparedness and home hardening
  • Emergency equipment introduction and overview
  • Overview of the Block Captain Program
  • Block Captain roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Emergency communication and neighborhood coordination
  • Questions and discussion

Strong communities are built on prepared neighbors. We encourage all homeowners to

Dr. DeForest is a longtime Inland Empire resident and community member with over 30 years of professional experience. As a representative on the Murrieta City Council, she values staying connected with residents and providing helpful information about what’s happening in the area.
As a fellow Bear Creek neighbor, she looks forward to meeting residents and answering questions in an open and informative setting. We hope you’ll join us for this engaging  community event.
